Series Description
In module one you’ll learn the foundations for giving an out-of-this world mutually amazing massage. You’ll learn specific massage techniques that reinforce the quality of touch on various places on the body. You’ll understand how to craft a session, Before-During-& After. You’ll finish this session by starting to learn the Seated Massage which is heaven for the neck and shoulders.
This module begins by wrapping up the Seated Massage. These techniques target the shoulders, neck, back and hips. From there, move on to the feet and learn to give a heavenly massage which includes vital hand saving techniques. This is a massage that relaxes, stretches and melts away tension. The final videos take you to the legs, the unsung heroes of the body. You’ll use a mixture of massage, energy and stretching techniques to bring therapeutic delight and deep relaxation to the biggest muscles and joints of the body. These techniques also have a huge impact on the lower back.
Starting from the feet and finishing at the head, these techniques will get into places in the body that are usually screaming out to be massaged. You’ll use a rich combination of forearms, elbows, hands and even feet to target every aspect of the back body in a way that is playful to give and so deeply effective. When you stretch both legs at the same time you target the back, the hips & the hamstrings in a rich combination of ways that further deepens all the back massage work done in the previous section.
The abdominal massage gets straight to those places where you hold stress and anxiety and you will calmly and expertly help release some of the deepest tension in the body and help the digestive system.
