Thai Yoga Massage Techniques Shoulder, Neck, Back- Seated Massage Tutorial

In this Thai Yoga Massage tutorial  video you can learn a step-by-step massage for the shoulders, neck and back in seated position.

This is a 15-minute massage that reveals a professional quality Thai yoga massage, the very same flow that I teach in my Thai Massage 101 training.

In the video I demonstrate and narrate every step of the way.

Please note the liberal use of props such as pillows, bolsters, blankets that are all essential -in my eyes- for optimal support for you and your partner. They are also great for creating professional boundaries when you massage.
