Thai Shoulder Massage Techniques Side Lying

This video shows you one of the most simple and effective Thai shoulder massage techniques while side lying. By focusing on how to massage the shoulders it solves one of the chief problems most people have when learning how to give a massage.

This shoulder massage helps people with tight shoulders and necks, and who are stressed. It is also a great Thai massage move for overall relaxation, and for pain in the arms, hands head and jaw. This will also help people dealing with headaches and backaches.

At the same time, you get to sit comfortably and learn how to use your whole body while giving your partner an incredible Thai shoulder massage. So it’s another example of how Thai Yoga Massage is at least as good to give as it is to receive.

It is part two in our series of Thai Massage techniques in side lying for the arm, shoulders, neck and back. Check out the whole playlist here: https://bit.ly/2u6HDig

In this series, the recipient relaxes by lying on her or his side and you position yourself behind them using your whole body to help give an incredibly effective Thai massage for the shoulder, neck, arm and back.
