How to Give Thai Yoga Foot Massage For Relaxation & Stress Relief
This tutorial on how to give a Thai Yoga Foot Massage for relaxation and stress relief will help teach you the skills to give an incredible foot massage.
Taught live at the Wanderlust Yoga Festival in Squaw Valley to a group of 85 students who had never given a Thai Yoga Massage before.
By the end of a 90-minute workshop each student was able to give an amazing Thai Foot Massage. It goes to show that we all have the ability to give an amazing massage and once you learn a few key principles and techniques it does not take long to put it into practice.
If you’re new, to give this Thai Massage effectively, it is recommended that you first watch the Secrets to Giving a Great Massage video which is posted below as well as all of the Four Pillars of the practice.
This will help give you the fundamentals which you can then apply towards giving a heavenly Thai Yoga Foot Massage.
It can also be done on a bed where the giver stands or sits at the foot of the bed.
