In this video I show you some great ways to massage a flexible yogi. The seated section of the massage is like a complete mini massage. You get to massage and stretch all of the key areas that clients tend to want worked on most, namely the shoulders and back. Furthermore you get a great idea of what Thai Massage is and how we often put clients in comfortable stretches and find ways to massage them while being stretched. And we have our client lying passively while we find and massage out all of the tension spots! Keep in mind that everything I show you here can be modified with props so that anyone can receive it!
