Yoga Teacher Tam MacElwain On Impact of Thai Yoga Massage
YOGA TEACHER Tam MACELWAIN SHARES HOW THAI YOGA MASSAGE HAS IMPACTED HER YOGA TEACHING, HER CLIENTS, HER LIFE AND GIVEN HER A LIFE-LONG SKILL THAT SHE ADORES.
Just one month after training she shares how the massage has helped clients ‘feel longer’, helped with foot issues, with chronic respiratory issues, moving energy and so much more.
This interview is an insightful look at how yoga teachers and yoga students can use Thai Massage to help their students in class and out of class. Tam also talks about how Thai Yoga Massage helps in her personal life, including being able to share it with her 6- year old son.
She shares stories of what it was like to learn Foundations in Thai Massage and her first month giving the massage and incorporating it into her yoga classes.
Tam is the founder of Pure Zen Yoga & Wellness in Woodstock New Brunswick. http://www.purezenyoga.com
