Authentic Thai Massage -Part Four: Head Massage- by Shai Plonski Still Light Centre
By the time you come to the conclusion of your massage, and the head is often where that happens, both you and your receiver are heavenly blissed. The massage is an amazing combination of customized movements and working out any knots and tension. It is very therapeutic and generally speaking both the giver and receiver leave feeling relaxed and revitalized at the same time. The results are incredible and so often we can’t help but think that we have never felt this good.
My big recommendation to anyone watching these videos saying ‘I could never do or learn this’ because the people seem more in shape, more flexible etc., just know that I feel you. My mom is in her 60s and can barely walk because of all of the issues she has happening in her body. She cannot get down onto a mat. So what do we do? We take it to a bed or a massage table. We do very simple movements and we work together to find the places it hurts and treat them to the level that feels right for her. There is always a way and we can always find it. Quality, compassionate touch is one of the best things you can do for yourself and for the people you care about. It changes lives and helps us all to live better ones. If you have even an inkling that this looks interesting then we can help give you the tools and show you the way to make it universal.
